The goals of the University Vice Chancellor for Treatment can be summarized as follows:

1. Quantitative development:
A- Achieving the statistics required by medical units to increase the level of access and quality of clients to medical services, laboratories and…
B- Determining the desired condition at the end of each year of the deputy treatment programs.
C- Improving the number and capacity of medical and laboratory units of the university in the covered population based on medical needs, including increasing or decreasing the number of units.
D- Examining the current situation of human resources and determining the desired situation in the covered areas.
E- Examining the current condition of the equipment and determining the desired condition in the areas covered.
C- Paying attention to the economics of treatment in optimizing the quantitative and appropriate medical facilities for the clients of the deputy.


2. Quality upgrade:
A- Determining the status of existing health indicators in the areas covered.
B- Determining the optimal health status in the covered areas.
C- Improving the level of awareness and capability of the human resources of the deputy medical services.
D- Improving the level of awareness and capability of the deputy medical services management forces.
E- Upgrading the standards of medical technology of covered health services.
