Nanotechnology has become an inter-disciplinary field encompassing different areas of the human life. Pharmaceutical nanotechnology is one of the mostly attractive fields of the nanomedicine. Witch in turn, is the application of nanoscience and nanotechnology in medical sciences. Nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems are one of the most promising areas of the field, involving the time–controlled as well as site directed drug delivery strategies. In this way The Iranian Excellency Center for Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology has been established in 2013 in Zanjan School of Pharmacy, Iran, with the main focus on the design and implementation of the research and development projects on nano drug delivery. All distinguished scientists worldwide are cordially invited to join us in our projects for global solutions and cooperations with the aim of finding the better ways for developing efficient treatments for ever-challenging diseases threatening the human life.
